Black Moon in Scorpio (March 27th, 2025) ... with whole astrological context

We are in a very intense astrological set of events - March is probably the most intense month of this year, signifying global and generational changes, shifts. In this article we will focus on interpreting the influence of Lilith Black Moon entering Scorpio on 27th March 2025 for next 9 months. For context and to have a broader perception of the main subject of this article, let’s describe transits that happened and are about to happen. They represent a wider and deeper process that Lilith’s movement is a part of.

Pluto

Imagine a low note of pipe organs, pressed down for 16 years, expressing destruction. The sound is so deep, that it reaches the roots and shakes the whole tree. As it fell, dark sides of history and foundations were revealed, from underneath it. The cost of success, the cost of material chase towards goals. The secrets behind public images. Reputations were destroyed. Shameful parts of history and traditions were revealed, power disbalance was shown. Elites... wrote history and hid the most important for us, collective, truths. This was our prelude to new era of awakening and re-emerging from ashes of burned empire. Death always comes first, before rebirth.

And now that you heard it in the background for almost two decades, the musician slowly shifts the notes. At first you don’t notice much but once the new song is playes, and the old disappears for good, you suddenly realise.... Change is inevitable and it will be a revolution.   

The next note reveals the vision of rebelion and reconstruction, representing the power of idea, vision and collective. The tree and its cult fell. Now we can build a village from its remains. Knowing dark truths, learning from mistakes, we can build a different future. Organs play for humanity, for the collective, for each of us being a part of the whole. For all truth seekers and whistleblowers, who once were exiled outsiders… Now they are welcomed as leaders, their voices together are the new note played by musician.

This is how intense but also indirect are energy, impact and transits of Pluto in Aquarius. 

This great shift of energies started back in November 2024, with Pluto’s ingress into Aquarius - global transformation moved from subjects of traditions, social structures, hierarchies, patriarchal patterns (many of traditional value systems and structures were falling, reputations of patriarchal figures were ruined, secrets of elites revealed to public) to subjects of progressive vision of the future, innovation, technology and global community as one. 

Pluto is responsible for revealing hidden information, digging secrets up to the light, in order to transform global consciousness through revelations of truth. It’s influence isn’t very clear at first, Pluto is the lord of the subconscious, the underworld. But once something is revealed - it is direct, raw and sudden transformative impulse. 

In sign of Aquarius Pluto gains shock value, electrifying whole collectives with triggers that raise rebellious part of our collective subconscious. It empowers communities, humanitarian movements,  seeking to unite people under idea of rebellion against misuse of power, in the name of progressiveness, future, innovation. To build foundations of better future, that will make us united, despite differences. What unites us is a common idea, common humanitarian cause. Pluto emphasises the light aspect of Aquarius, but the stronger it gets, the more visible shadows of the sign will become. The dangers coming with rebelion, revolution, fighting for freedom and opposite movement striving to opress and restrict it all.

After saturnian, conservative sign of goal- and gain-oriented Capricorn, we switched to progressive sign of idea- and humanity-oriented Aquarius, partially ruled by Saturn and partially by Uranus. We get to see the rebirth but also shocking and sudden revelations of truth, tearing up the illusions like lightning bolt. Collective power rebirth is the logical next step after experiencing the fall of conservative elites and their traditions - to invent new way of acting, thinking, a human-centered one, based on our idealistic vision of the future in which we are all equal and experience more freedom to express our higher self, seek higher purpose. This transit set a main theme and background for the next 20 years.  

Neptune

This deep and powerful plutonian background is about to meet Neptune’s partiture, as ruler of Pisces takes a great step from its own home into the new, ending its 165 year cycle through the zodiac. Right after a powerful solar eclipse in Aries that opens new Lunar Year, Neptune enters this sign - changing ethereal, mystical dreamy harp overture playing All are One, we move as one, on the waves through time and space,  for an energetic cello, full of boldness and passion, addressing individuality - One is All... you are the one to act on those dreams, the main lead. Fight for your dreams. Our dreams and visions, intuitive insights and artistic inspirations will gain more fire, will be filled with action, movement, starting with the initiative impulse of the solar eclipse (it’s a new moon, a beginning). 

Neptune will retrograde, meeting Saturn in Aries, and going back to Pisces for a short period of evaluation. For good it will move into Aries on January 26th, 2026.

Lunar Nodes

Closer to our personal life shift happened in January, when Lunar Nodes responsible for the course of destiny on personal level switched their axis from Aries-Libra (expressing self unapologetically-keeping balance in relationships) to Pisces-Virgo. Lunar nodes play a piano, giving more personal connection to the mystical symphony of the sky far above us. One hand leads, second gives us a contrasting, challenging background. But no longer it is an aggressive Flight of a Bumblebee, nudging us to express ourselves boldly into relationships, taking space we gave out to keep peace. This theme changed already :)  

Soundtrack for Lunar Nodes Pisces-Virgo

North Node is now in Pisces, with South Node in Virgo directing us to release self-judgement, perfectionism and unhealthy habits, pressure we put on ourselves and embrace more empathy, understanding, find healing, forgiveness and nurturing for our dreams, trusting our intuition more than pragmatism. As in proposed soundtrack, this song started with heavy and serious intro - Virgo Full Moon Eclipse, that culminated in the first wave of release and revelations from the new note sheet of destiny. Now - we are directed to invite more delicate and empathethic approach to ourselves, finding nurturing and uncondictional acceptance, love. There is as much positive, as negative reflections, that reflect to us in Lunar Nodes now.

Subjects were discussed in the previous entry and they will be returning each eclipse season for the next 1,5 year, allowing us to release more and more unnecessary patterns stored in our subconscious mind. 

Venus & Mercury

And finally, our most active planets, ones we feel especially personally,  as they are rulers of mind, self-worth, communication, business, relationships. Venus and Mercury are retrograding in sign of Aries (and Pisces), meeting up with Saturn in Pisces (who delivers unlearned lessons of old cycles in regards to relationships and our day-to-day thought patterns), eclipses, sun. This is a major cleansing period, clearing out our subconscious from old patterns, hindering beliefs, habits, self-sabotage on the level of our daily thoughts and habits, in subjects of expression of true worth, values, seeking to come out to the world boldly with your authentic self. Main theme from Jaws will lead us from there into a solar eclipse ;)

Once more I will mention solar eclipse in Aries that is yet to come - this is a powerful initiative death-rebirth moment, connected to those subjects, prefaced by 3 cazimi (Sun meets Neptune, Venus Rx and Mercury Rx, bringing rebirth in light, illumination). 

Summing up

Weeks between lunar and solar eclipse serve us for clearing the system and awakening to new vision, new beginning. And this New Moon Eclipse in Aries is also the start of the New Lunar Year, which happens every year to spark new energy, bring new life through death of old cycle. This time with great emphasis.    

Few days before this annual rebirth, between moments of great awakening and illuminations (cazimi Neptune - March 19th , Venus - March 23th, Mercury - March 24th ) - shadows seem to deepen and move around, reflecting current shifts of light angles, as Lilith prepares to enter her mystical cave once again. Here the song of Black Moon begins to creep in, with themes of power, obsessions, determination, sexual liberation and vengeance…

Oh, what is better classical music to represent this transformational transit than Lake in the Moonlight? The symbolical battle between white swan - proper, clean and innocent one - and black swan, the embodiment of dark instincts, wilderness and sexuality. If you saw the classic movie, Black Swan, you already know what will be the theme of Lilith’s 9 month transit in Scorpio. But let me use my words. 

Black Moon enters Scorpio on March 27th, right before the solar eclipse. And now with context laid out thoroughly - we can focus on this transit and we will see and understand how it adds up to the process and prepares us for the next chapter of this year. Lilith will stay in Scorpio until the very end of 2025, moving to Sagittarius on December 20th. 

Lilith in Scorpio is a song of the Black Moon, played on the side of a cosmic symphony, in the void space between Moon and Earth. The Goddess scorned, tossed out into space and self empowered in the absence of the world, against its norms and constructs. We hear her provocative call from the deepest shadow on the scene. What does she plays to us?

No longer she calls social justice for gender discrimination, in society and relationships, no longer she provokes and questions social arrangements, norms and rules around inequalities and disbalance between genders. She did her work here, made us work on our empowerment and justice. Now, she reaches with her call into our most intimate depths of passion, power and sexuality. She reached her home, her cave into which she invites the exiled… To empower them and make them rise. Her topics here will be addressing control and power in regards to sexual, reproductive rights. She will provoke reflections about your deepest more intimate desires, repressed parts of your sexual self. She wants our intimate connection with self to become more spicy, more filled with deep emotions, deep meaning. For this - her overture is addressed to your secretive shadows, hiding your sexual fantasies, repressed dark desires. She invites them into relationships, wanting us all to destroy old, outdated personas and reveal more truthful expression of our sexuality, creativity, intimacy. Personas that were supposed to contain shadows and hide desires, holding true power of our core that survives.  Survives all fires, destruction and death of our life, bringing us back from the ashes and graves. She will address our trust issues. She will crack open our secrets.  All hidden desires will be called to slither into light. 

Inside you, there is a “clean” and balanced persona, who caters to societal norms.  But who also deeply yearns for freedom, liberation. Something though doesn’t want to agree, wants to explore more. Especially within the shadows, instinctively knowing that power that made you survive until now - it is sexual and deserves to be understood and reintegrated. It will be called by Black Moon to rise from the cave of its exile, on fire and with intense waves of emotions, to break this neutral facade, transcend diplomatic games and find a way for truth to see the light, for you to experience a more intimate connection with reality around you.  Black Moon will encourage seeking for depth of desire and passion, in a sensual, sexual journey of liberation. She will finally let us taste the dark, sublime fire and let this boring, comfortable but caging beige, diplomatic aesthetics burn down to the ground. To push us through transformation, rebirth as a free, unapologetically authentic self, in tune with instincts, intuition, desires. No longer using diplomacy and hiding intense craving for flavours. Powerful, bold and not afraid to express desires directly, fully embracing them with acceptance and trust. Your voice will lose pleasant, kind and learned mannerism designed to strip it down from the intensity of hunger for life’s pleasures. If you let Black Moon transform you, your desire will be expressed directly, with a captivating raspy voice. No longer felt as desperate ‘please’ or cold and calculated demand. But as burning passionately truth, embraced within. Desire for intense experiences, that touch you to the very core, being directly tied to you, not dictated by norms or expectations. 

It may be that you simply want to finally feel an intimate merging of the soul with the other, with art you consume or create… Or embracing the desire to take vengeance upon those who made you forget about what you crave, in order to keep balance and peace, using control and their position of power. She will help us see past the facades, see hidden information, desires and truths, explore secrets of our own, of others, feeling intense emotions when encountering taboo. And she wants us to UNDERSTAND and strip our shadows from demonic masks. She wants us to discover the power of vulnerability with a person who is safe for you to come out of the closet. And most of all - empower us to become that first person who welcomes repressed parts of sexual self with bold acceptance and sensual excitement. We have a chance to feel empowered to face our fears around those subjects and burn the closet that kept our sexuality contained… To finally rise from its ashes as a new, more intimately connected self. Courageous to come without masks, in truth, to be vulnerable with chosen ones and through it experience intense pleasure. To be more in touch with our darkness, not trying to control what we fear in ourselves and others, but overcoming fear and embracing deep and intense emotions, learning to feel good with our own anger, resentment, dissatisfaction. 

How will we respond to her song? We can run, we can hide, we can feel cornered and pressured. Afraid, ashamed. This is all very natural with Black Moon. But I invite you to respond to her with… dance. Not one that you were expected to perform, but one that comes from shadows she calls to the surface. Let the music in and let it liberate you. Lilith plays for us all.

How can I awaken my higher self and express it? How can I find my higher purpose? 

Black Moon shows us one of the ways, in response to Pluto’s arguments. Liberate your sexuality from expectation, diving deep into your own cave, your own closet and facing your skeletons buried here. Revive them. Give them a new life. And invite them to dance in the light, even if it scares people around.
